By accessing or using SafetyTalent.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including candidates, employers, and visitors.
SafetyTalent.io is a specialized job platform connecting safety professionals with employers across construction, nuclear, oil & gas, data centers, healthcare, manufacturing, electrical, mining, transportation, chemical, and environmental health & safety sectors. We provide job posting, candidate search, resume upload, AI-powered search, and profile management services.
Candidates may create a free account to upload their resume, create a profile, apply for jobs, and be discovered by employers. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information including certifications and work history. Misrepresenting your qualifications is grounds for immediate account termination. Your stealth profile will remain anonymous until you explicitly approve an employer unlock request.
Employers may post jobs and purchase credits to unlock candidate profiles. Each credit allows one profile unlock request to be sent to a candidate. Credits are non-refundable once used. If a candidate declines your unlock request, your credit will be refunded to your account balance. Employers may not use candidate contact information obtained through SafetyTalent.io for any purpose other than evaluating the candidate for employment.
You may not use SafetyTalent.io to post false or misleading job listings, collect candidate information for purposes other than hiring, send unsolicited communications or spam, scrape or harvest data from the platform, attempt to bypass security measures or access other users accounts, discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Employers are responsible for ensuring their job postings are accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable employment laws including equal opportunity requirements. SafetyTalent.io reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms or that we determine in our sole discretion to be inappropriate, misleading, or harmful.
SafetyTalent.io and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SafetyTalent.io and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our express written permission.
SafetyTalent.io is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not verify the accuracy of employer job postings or candidate credentials and are not responsible for employment decisions made by employers or candidates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafetyTalent.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Houston, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice. Your continued use of SafetyTalent.io after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
