We use the information we collect to operate and improve SafetyTalent.io, match candidates with relevant job opportunities, allow employers to search and contact candidates (subject to candidate approval), send you notifications about profile views and employer requests, process payments for employer credits and subscriptions, and communicate with you about your account and our services.
SafetyTalent.io offers a Stealth Profile feature by default. When stealth mode is active, your full name, contact information, and current employer are hidden from all employers. You appear only as an anonymous candidate ID. Your personal information is never shared with any employer without your explicit approval. You may approve or decline each individual employer unlock request at any time.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. We only share your information with employers when you explicitly approve a profile unlock request. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We take the security of your data seriously. Your resume and personal information are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database storage with row-level security policies that ensure you can only access your own data. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your dashboard. You may toggle stealth mode on or off at any time. You may decline any employer unlock request. You may request a complete copy of your data by emailing privacy@safetytalent.io. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.
SafetyTalent.io is intended for use by adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@safetytalent.io and we will delete it promptly.
